BIO
Marco Santaniello was born in Melzo on 13th December 1975.
His first approach with the guitar has been at the 14 year-old age. His great passion for the instrument pushed him to the research of different teachers, parallelly developing a great activity from autodidactic.
He has specialized in modern guitar at the CPM (profession music center) of Milan with Donato Begotti, subsequently he has enrolled in the conservatory where currently is next to the diploma of classic guitar. He has specialized in guitar Jazz and fusion with Pino Bifano, at the civic school of Pieve Emanuele. He teaches guitar and theory at the Hortus Musicus of Melzo (MI), the civic school of Spirano (BG) and the civic school of Urgnano (BG). He has developed different seminars and he has collaborated with the recording studio SoundFactory of Melzo for didactic activity and recordings for different artists.
Even remaining a guitarist who likes to space among different genders, his rock spirit and the musical knowledges that he has accumulated, have addressed him towards the music Fusion and Prog, he begins his musical run with the Progeny indeed with a tribute to the Dream Theater , parallelly bringing forth two projects, one from soloist and one with the same Progeny, next to a debut of proper music.
